The single cell preparation instrument is a new generation of cell suspension preparation equipment that integrates metal bath digestion and gentle tissue shearing. It is used in experiments such as flow cytometry/single cell sequencing/primary cell culture. It has a small amount of starting tissue. Designed by the international DIN method, low noise, easy to use, stable performance, with heating function, the digestion process of the sample is always in a constant temperature state.
Working Principle:
The sample is mixed with high-density zirconia shearing magnetic beads and digestive enzymes, and then digested at a constant temperature and the tissue is sheared to obtain a high-concentration living cell suspension. Subsequent steps such as digestion termination, filtration and washing, and red blood cell lysis if necessary, can obtain tens of millions to millions of live cells, and different tissues can reach a cell yield of more than 90%.
